    Hi everyone! I wanted to let you all know that I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for a few years (something difficult for me to admit), and after trying several anti-depressants as well as more natural routes like yoga, walks and meditation, nothing was making me feel like who I really was. A friend told me about the benefits that CBD had given her, so I began taking CBD oil (3 drops under my tongue twice a day) and after one week of doing this, I could tell something was different. I was happier, I wasn’t having panic attacks and I felt more focused during the day. I have been doing this now for several months and it has really made a difference in my life. Wanted to share the good news and hope this helps the next person.

    That is so great. As mental health awareness becomes more prevalent in society, it is imperative we tell each other about how we are feeling. Support systems are everything! Thanks so much for sharing.
