Hi everyone! I wanted to let you all know that I have been struggling with anxiety and depression for a few years (something difficult for me to admit), and after trying several anti-depressants as well as more natural routes like yoga, walks and meditation, nothing was making me feel like who I really was. A friend told me about the benefits that CBD had given her, so I began taking CBD oil (3 drops under my tongue twice a day) and after one week of doing this, I could tell something was different.
